When will the race photo's be available
to view & buy? |
| A. |
We try our very best to have
all
race photos fully catalogued and uploaded no later
than the day following the race - and we haven't failed
yet! We don't upload in dribs & drabs like some! |

Q. Why don't you offer other photo sizes,
such as 5 x 7 or 10 x 8?
This is
simply due to how our modern digital SLR cameras
capture the image. The image is taken in a
proportion of 3:2. If we were to use those
"traditional" sizes (2.5:2 proportion) we'd have to
crop too much of the image - often meaning losing
either the runners feet or worse, their head! And we
can't have that !! |

I've entered my race number but can't
find my photo's, why? |
| A. |
Because we couldn't see all or part of your
number. This is most often caused by arms/hands
covering the number, or a folded race number, or
someone got just in the way ! |

Will my photo's look better than they do
on screen? |
| A. |
Oh yes! On screen images are displayed at a low
resolution to speed browsing, they also include a
copyright message. The finished image will be at
high resolution and will be cropped and enhanced to
provide maximum visual impact - the copyright notice
is not printed on the final image. |

Will my photo's fade? |
| A. |
All of our photos are printed onto the highest
quality FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper,
which produces prints that are guaranteed fade
resistant for 150 years! |

How much are delivery charges? |
| A. |
We add a nominal fee onto all print
orders, which covers UK postage and packaging.
£1.75 : 5x7.5 / 9x6 / 12x8 / Magazine Covers
£3.50 : 18x12 / Team Montage
International postage will incur an additional
surcharge dependant upon destination. Please enquire
for charges.
There are no delivery charges
for electronic formats. |

How long will my photo's take to be
delivered? |
| A. |
Delivery time for prints is usually 2-3 days
from receipt of payment. Orders for digital / JPEG versions
will be processed and emailed within 24 hours of
payment. |

Do you offer any discounts? |

Yes we do! You can take advantage
of our Mix & Match 3-for-2 (or multiple) offer, where you
get the cheapest item(s) for free! (7.5"x5" prints

I have found images of me within
'Unidentified Images', are these included within the
"Digital-All my images" package? |

Yes, providing that you are visible in each
image. Just place and pay for your order, then email
us with the extra image references and we'll do the
rest. |

What about copyright? Can I post my photo's on Facebook /
Twitter etc? |

Once you have purchased an image or images, you
are free to use them as you see fit for
personal use only,
whether than be on social networking sites, t-shirts
etc.
All of our images are copyright
protected under UK law. The
copyright of all images remains the property of
Craig Johnson and Runner-Photos.co.uk. Images may
not be resold.
Use of
our images within any non-commercial publication,
such as club website or club newsletter or in an
editorial context (printed or electronic) where no
fee has been paid for publication is subject to
carrying a copyright credit whenever used.
Images may be used commercially and are subject to
acceptable rates.
Failure
to suitably credit either Craig Johnson or Runner-Photos.co.uk
will result in you and/or the publication / website
being liable for unauthorised use and incurring
financial penalties.

onto one high quality 18 x 12" print. We can squeeze
more runners onto larger size posters, please

We'll pick the best
image of each runner, bring them together, then
email you a proof prior to printing.
And if
that wasn't enough, we'll give you a digital version
suitable for your club website too! |
